Starting 6/1/18, we are no longer be able to service clients not willing to commit to an every 4, 6, or 8 week schedule. We are optimizing our driving routes so that we may most efficiently accommodate as many of our clients as possible.
Remember: A dog that is groomed every 3-6 months sees the groomer as a form of punishment, while a dog groomed every 4-6 weeks sees it as a part of life.
Why Is Dog Grooming Important?
Grooming your dog is extremely important for his/her well-being. Not only does it make them look cute and smell good, groomers are the first line of defense in recognizing certain health issues. We notice ticks, bumps, lumps and any changes in your pet which could be a sign of an underlying issue.
The Mobile Pet Spa utilizes only trained and certified pet groomers, and we specialize in small to medium dogs and only service dogs in the West Hartford area.
Nails– Your pet’s nails should be trimmed regularly so the nails don’t grow to long that your dog is painfully walking on his nails and not his pads.
Ears-Regular ear cleaning can keep fungal or bacterial infections away. Infections not only have a horrible odor, but cause discomfort to your dog.
Groom -We also use the most pet and environmentally safe shampoos and conditioners to keep your dog’s coat clean and well-maintained. The bath and blow dry prevents matting, skin issues, odor and excess shedding.
Coat – We can ensure your pet is not at risk for being matted. Can your dog or cat pass the mat test? Matting is Painful, Dangerous and Entirely Preventable.
