Appointment times are estimates. This is due to the unpredictability of live pets and due to the nature of being mobile.
Interruptions and delays may be caused by traffic, weather, refueling, driving distance from previous appointment or weather. The standard is 1/2 hour window for arrival. We will contact you if we are running late.
Payment is due at the time of service. We will bill your card on file.
All grooms include nail trim, ears cleaned, bath, fluff dry and brush out.
If it is determined by the groomer that it is inhumane (due to matting) or unsafe , the service will be discontinued.
Pets that exhibit unsafe behavior will be refused. Clients MUST inform us if your pet has ever bitten anyone or had any aggressive tendencies.
For the safety of the groomer and the pet, we reserve the right to discontinue service for pets who cannot be handled safely.
Matted pets may be given a humane smoothie clip. De-matting a severely matted dog is painful to your pet. It is a time-consuming process that is very painful and uncomfortable process for your pet.
We will determine if your pet needs a shave down. A shavedown could dramatically change your pets appearance.
The after effects of mat removal may include self-inflicted irritations, itchiness, increased sunburn exposure, redness of the skin or failure of the hair to re-grow.

What if I miss an appointment?
Owners must be present during the initial appointment. If no one is home, we reserve the right to try to book the time.
It will be considered a no-show and a cancellation fee of the full cost of the groom will apply to compensate the groomer’s lost time.
